I absolutely love photographing Goodwood House weddings! Goodwood House near Chichester in West Sussex is without question one of my favourite wedding venues. This stunning wedding venue built around 1600 has been the home of the Dukes of Richmond from 1697. It is the centre of the famous Goodwood Estate which is world famous for the horse racing course and the motor circuit.
I have photographed numerous Goodwood House weddings over the years in all seasons and in all weather and it never disappoints! Whether you choose to get married in the House in the iconic Yellow Drawing Room or simply to have your wedding reception there, you are guaranteed the very best service by the Goodwood team. The house oozes elegance and sophistication and yet feels like your own home from home for the day. Whatever you have planned for your wedding day, the Goodwood House team of wedding planners will work with you to bring your dreams to life. Your guests are guaranteed to enjoy the luxurious surroundings and sumptuous food!
From a wedding photography point of view, you simply can not go wrong. Both inside and out there are ample opportunities for my creative signature images and plenty of space for your guests to relax making for lovely natural, candid images. From the exotic Egyptian Drawing Room to the opulence of the Tapestry Room, even in the worst weather there is no problem getting gorgeous wedding photographs. Outside are acres of beautiful parkland and it is possible to take a short trip to the famous Hill Climb startline to get some classic images with the house in the background as well as the ancient tree lined driveway.
